Captain Sarabjeet S Parmar (Retd, Indian Navy) is a seasoned scholar on maritime security and strategy issues. His areas of research include national maritime strategy and security-related aspects in the Indo-Pacific, piracy, HADR and international maritime law with a focus on lawfare.
