Ms Arti Kumari has done her Masters in Political Science and International Relations from Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, Bihar. She had her bachelor’s from Patna University in Political Science. Her current focus is on Geopolitics, Energy and Militarisation linked to the Arctic Region. Arti has interned at the Indian Council of World Affairs, New Delhi. She has recently presented a paper at a conference organised by the Crimean Federal University, Simferopol, Crimea. She is currently learning the Russian language from the Russian Centre of Science and Culture of the Russian Embassy in New Delhi.
