Lt Cdr L Shivram (Retd)

Lt Cdr L.Shivaram (Retd) is an alumnus of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He joined the Indian Navy in 1984 as a commissioned officer and underwent specialization courses in Marine engineering as well as Air Engineering specialization course at Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology. He has served in frontline anti-submarine aircraft squadrons twice as Senior Technical Officer and at deeper level maintenance facilities of aircraft for almost a decade. He has also done his tenures at sea as Engineering Officer of warships. After taking pre-matured retirement from Navy, he was with several Indian and multinational companies including Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, Switzerland and Rolls-Royce, UK and Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. He has led many indigenous defence aviation projects.
