Prof (Dr) Cdr Ashok Kumar Dua, is a naval veteran and an educationist. He is an alumnus of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He was a Professor at Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghaziabad, where he has held positions including that of Head of the Department and Dean. He obtained his PhD in the area of Ethical Leadership from Aligarh Muslim University. His research interests include values, ethics, and leadership. He is an accredited management teacher and a member of AIMA. He is also a Fellow of IE and IETE and a life member of ISTE. He is also a volunteer member of Baal Vikaas Bhaaratee and runs a blog http://mpower360.wordpress.com to empower and shape young minds.
