Cdr Abhimanyu Singh

Cdr Abhimanyu Singh is a serving Indian Navy JAG Branch officer. He is presently appointed as the Judge Advocate (Naval Operations) at the Integrated Headquarters of the Ministry of Defence (Navy). He is presently handling matters pertaining to operational aspects of the International Maritime Law from the naval standpoint. Additionally, he has undertaken instructional duties on the issue of IHL, Maritime law for Naval Officers of various foreign Navies. He has additionally undergone training with Australian Defence Forces at Asia Pacific Centre for Military Law, Sydney and with the UN through Regional Course on International Law, in Thailand. He is an avid Polo player and is currently in the process of pursuing PhD on the topic of lethal autonomous vessel weapons systems.
