Dr.Jasleen Kaur

Dr Jasleen Kaur is an Assistant Professor (Law) in the School of Integrated Coastal and Maritime Security studies at Rashtriya Raksha University, An Institution of National Importance, Gandhinagar, and also serving as an Assistant Director of the department. The author has been teaching earlier in the Department of Laws, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has also taught as Guest faculty at the Army Institute of Law (AIL), Mohali. The author has a number of publications in various peer reviewed journals.
